Radstock Bay liegt an der Südwestküste von Devon Island in Nunavut, Kanada, nahe der Lancaster-Straße. Die Bucht ist geologisch interessant: Kalkstein- und Sandsteinformationen erzählen von urzeitlichen Meeren und enthalten Fossilien aus der Devon- und Karbon-Zeit.

Historisch ist die Region eng mit der Franklin-Expedition (1845–1846) verbunden. In der Nähe auf Beechey Island überwinterte die Mannschaft, und Radstock Bay diente später als Stützpunkt für Such- und Forschungsreisen.

Heute fasziniert Radstock Bay durch seine arktische Wildnis: steile Klippen, Tundra, Eis und Wildtiere wie Eisbären, Polarfüchse und arktische Vögel. Gleichzeitig wird die Region von Wissenschaftlern besucht, da die Bedingungen der Umgebung denen auf dem Mars ähneln.

Radstock Bay is located on the southwest coast of Devon Island in Nunavut, Canada, near Lancaster Sound. The bay is geologically interesting: limestone and sandstone formations tell the story of ancient seas and contain fossils from the Devonian and Carboniferous periods.

Historically, the region is closely linked to the Franklin Expedition (1845–1846). Nearby on Beechey Island, the crew overwintered, and Radstock Bay later served as a base for search and research missions.

Today, Radstock Bay captivates with its Arctic wilderness: steep cliffs, tundra, ice, and wildlife such as polar bears, Arctic foxes, and seabirds. At the same time, the region is visited by scientists because the local conditions resemble those on Mars.
