Konstanz – Stadt am Bodensee

Konstanz ist die größte Stadt am Bodensee und liegt direkt an der Schweizer Grenze.

Die Geschichte des Ortes reicht bis in die römische Zeit zurück. Besonders bekannt ist Konstanz für seine gut erhaltene Altstadt, das Konzilgebäude und seine Lage am Übergang vom Obersee zum Untersee.

Konstanz – City on Lake Constance

Konstanz is the largest city on Lake Constance and is located directly on the Swiss border.

The history of the city dates back to Roman times. Konstanz is particularly known for its well-preserved old town, the Council Building, and its location at the transition between the Upper Lake and the Lower Lake.
