Kanada – Toronto, Vancouver & Vancouver Island (2012)

Diese Reise führte mich 2012 nach Toronto, weiter mit dem legendären Zug „The Canadian“ quer durch Kanada bis nach Vancouver – und schließlich nach Vancouver Island.

Die mehrtägige Zugfahrt von Toronto nach Vancouver bot beeindruckende Ausblicke auf endlose Wälder, Seenlandschaften, Prärien und die majestätischen Rocky Mountains. Eine Reise durch Weite, Stille und wechselnde Landschaften.

In Vancouver traf moderne Stadtarchitektur auf Meer und Berge, während Vancouver Island mit rauer Küste, Regenwald und pazifischer Gelassenheit begeisterte.

Canada – Toronto, Vancouver & Vancouver Island (2012)

In 2012, my journey took me to Toronto, then across Canada aboard the legendary train “The Canadian” to Vancouver, and finally to Vancouver Island.

The multi-day train ride from Toronto to Vancouver offered breathtaking views of endless forests, vast lakes, prairie landscapes and the majestic Rocky Mountains – a journey through distance, silence and ever-changing scenery.

Vancouver combined modern urban architecture with ocean and mountains, while Vancouver Island impressed with its rugged coastline, rainforests and relaxed Pacific atmosphere.
